We went to the Dallas Aquarium and had pictures taken with the Mayan dancers.
Becky took us to Cheesecake Factory for dinner, a place where I had longed to go for years. We drove to downtown Ft. Worth to Reunion Tower, but it was closed. However, when we walked through the Marriott to get there, we found they were having an AnimeFest. That was quite an education for a couple of grandparents to see people dressed in elaborate costumes as cartoon characters.
On Sunday Greg was ordained an Elder (one of the reasons for our trip). We were so happy to be there for that. That night we had a long FHE on being a missionary and "Preach My Gospel" since Scott will be leaving on a mission in Canada next month. Ben was very kind to let us use his bedroom, and we each gained several pounds from all the good food we ate. It was a wonderful visit.
